Pre-Requisites: Colorado Firefighter Instructor I
Our Fire and Emergency Services Instructor course follows the instructional criteria and curriculum to help develop instructors who are dynamic, understanding, adaptable, and creative.
Fire Instructor II is intended for experienced fire service instructors who have completed Fire Instructor I. The course equips candidates to manage, evaluate, and supervise fire service training programs, ensuring compliance with the policies of the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), safety standards, and NFPA professional qualifications (NFPA 1041
We address emerging technologies in education and try to flip the script to make instructors critically think and challenge themselves.
This course will run on Thursday and Friday from 800-1700hrs and will include the JPR’s.
